• scoped by tenant and workspace for multi-tenant isolation
• retained according to user preferences and legal requirements
• never shared with third parties without explicit consent
• processed in accordance with gdpr and data protection laws
• used to provide autonomous operating system functionality and expertise capture

by accessing and using doobls(the "service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree, please do not use the service. the service is operated by baikery gmbh ("we", "us", or "our"). we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. description of service

doobls is a platform for turning human expertise into scalable, ownable, governed ai agents with persistent memory. it lets users capture expertise, build agents that embody that knowledge, and scale execution.

9. user accounts

registration: you may need an account to access certain features. provide accurate, current, complete information.

account security: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. notify us of any unauthorized use.

termination: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10. credits and billing

credit system: certain features consume credits based on usage (llm calls, tool executions, storage).

pricing: current pricing is on the credits page. we may update pricing with 30 days notice.

payments: payments are processed by mollie. transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law (eu consumer withdrawal rights apply for unconsumed credits within 14 days).

fair use: we may limit usage we consider abuse or excessive consumption beyond reasonable use.

11. user content and data

your data:you retain all rights to content and data you submit ("user content"). by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

security: we use industry-standard security including aes-256-gcm encryption at rest and tenant-level isolation. no method of storage is 100% secure.

retention: user content is retained per your preferences and legal requirements. you can delete data at any time through account settings.

third-party ai providers: the service uses third-party llm providers (e.g., openai, anthropic, google, mistral). prompts and conversations may be processed by them under their privacy policies. we do not use your data to train third-party models.

12. acceptable use

you agree not to use the service to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• transmit harmful code or malicious software
• attempt unauthorized access to systems
• harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• generate illegal content, spam, or fraud
• reverse engineer or disassemble the service
• resell or redistribute the service without explicit permission

violation may result in suspension or termination.

13. intellectual property

service ownership: the service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by baikery gmbh and protected by applicable laws. open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses (see github).

license: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

14. disclaimers and limitation of liability

as-is: the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ai limitations: ai-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. you are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill.

maximum liability: our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. service availability

the service is under active development. features may change or be discontinued. we strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

16. termination

by you: close your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.

by us: we may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause.

effect: on termination, your right to use the service ends. user content is deleted per our retention policy.

17. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of germany. disputes are resolved in the courts of munich, germany. nothing here affects your statutory rights as an eu consumer.

18. changes to terms

we may update these terms. material changes are notified via email or in-app. continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
