what are credits?
credits are doobls' unit of usage. when your agent works (calling llms, executing tools, browsing the web, running code) it consumes credits based on what it does. 1 credit = €1. roughly 10 agent turns per credit, varies by model and tool use.
three types of credits
doobls uses a three-pool system. credits are always consumed in this order: bonus first, then subscription, then purchased.
bonus credits
consumed first
- +1 granted daily to every account
- caps at 30 (unused days still accumulate)
- consumed before any paid credits
subscription credits
consumed second
- included in your monthly plan
- roll over while subscription is active
- 100 on creator, 1000 on agency
purchased credits
consumed last
- buy anytime at €1 = 1 credit
- never expire
- always consumed last to protect your balance
what consumes credits?
credit consumption depends on the complexity of the task and which models and tools are used. here's a rough guide:

subscriptions
subscriptions are billed monthly. 1 euro buys 1 credit. you choose your monthly commitment within the tier's range — credits land on day one and roll over while the subscription stays active. roughly 10 agent turns per credit (varies by model and tools). cancel anytime.

how billing works
- monthly cadence: charged on the same day each month via mollie (eu-based). you can change your monthly amount or cancel anytime.
- credits roll over:unused subscription credits stay in your balance as long as the plan is active. cancel and you keep what's already paid for.
- consumption order: bonus credits go first, then subscription, then purchased — protecting the balance you paid for.
- top-ups: need more in a given month? buy purchased credits at €1 = 1 credit. they never expire.
- vat: shown at checkout. eu reverse charge for valid vat numbers.

do credits expire?
bonus credits cap at 30 but don't expire while your account is active. subscription credits roll over as long as your plan is active. purchased credits never expire.
can i get a refund on purchased credits?
purchased credits are non-refundable. eu consumer protection withdrawal rights apply within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
what happens when i run out?
your agent will pause and let you know. you can top up credits instantly or wait for your next daily bonus credit.
can i transfer credits between workspaces?
credits are tied to your account, not individual workspaces. they're available across all your workspaces.
